It always helps to remember that the Law of Attraction doesn't play favorites. In fact, it doesn't care what thoughts or feelings you're emitting. It merely responds to your energy transmissions by matching and mirroring back to your similar energy patterns. That might look something like this: You've gotten the kids ready to start their day. You've been reminding everyone and coaxing them along.

Now you're on the morning drive to work feeling harried and rushed. Traffic is stop and go. Typical for the morning commute. Your mind starts projecting into the day and looking toward the fires you may have to put out, your long "to do" list, and how you would like to find an excuse to not attend the boring staff meeting. By this time, you're not feeling is a great place.

Look at the momentum of events and the energy that has collected as a result of uninterrupted thoughts and feelings. Trace back over the energy, rushing, annoyance, aggravation. Not much good can come of this lineup of energy. This is the time to stop and take notice. Choose to shift the energy right now. You have a million choice points throughout your day to notice and shift.

Like anything you've mastered it takes practice. Choosing to notice how you feel and choosing to think better feeling thoughts is all that's necessary to become a deliberate creator. It is said that we have 60,000 thoughts per day and that over two-thirds of those thoughts are repeated thoughts. Is it any wonder that life doesn't seem to improve very quickly?

It's time to master the Law of Attraction in your life. It takes some practice, but it's easier than you realize. It's time to evolve your potential and bring your gifts to the world. The Law of Attraction is matching what you're transmitting. When you notice yourself straying back to anxious thoughts, intentionally interrupt that pattern and choose a better thought.

Don't take my word for it, test it out for yourself. You'll being to attract in more of what you want when you choose the thoughts that feel good.
